Featured in the September/October issue of HM Magazine's Pick of the Litter!

With an ambition to always evolve, yet retain elements of the deftly crafted fusion of metal, hardcore and melodies that The Valley showcases live and on the band’s well-received debut EP, A Small Misunderstanding Leads To Disaster, the band is ready to widen their influence to the U.S. market.

The Valley's live show has become one that is not to be missed. dB Magazine called the electrifying experience “truly breath-taking”.

The Valley embarked on their first national headlining tour with The Amity Affliction in Oct/Nov/Dec. 2006. During the tour, The Valley appeared at Soundfest in Canberra on November 25 alongside From Autumn To Ashes, The Bled and Parkway Drive. The rest of 2006 and early 2007 will see the band continue to tour virtually non-stop.

The Valley performed on the Tooth and Nail stage at 2007’s Cornerstone Festival in Bushnell, Illinois alongside Anberlin, Underoath, Switchfoot, Norma Jean, and As Cities Burn. Cornerstone is one of the largest annual music festivals in the United States, with over 100 bands playing on multiple stages over six days.

The band’s first EP, A Small Misunderstanding Leads to Disaster, is scheduled for a U.S. release in late summer 2007.
