Ever since I've been saved, my life has been blessed beyond belief and I've been living a life more abundant.

I failed a lot of things and can't seem to get over ALL the remorse. I feel held back, and like I can't love God any more.

I John 1:9 is helpful, and ask God to help you love Him--He has to give you a passion for Him b/c our love isn't enough. Don't think He can't forgive you of anything--that's a lie, a trick of the devil.

I totally understand how you feel. It's like you want so bad to be engulfed with His love, but there is something that is just there holding you back and you dont know what it is. You try and try, but you feel empty? I have been like that for a while; it sucks big time.

Do not feel like you have no hope. It is God who gives us hope and in all honesty it is God who allows us to hold on to that hope through the faith that he gives us. Everything is ultimately in the hands of God. By the fact that you already seem to know God is from God. So smile and be filled with joy because he has already showered that much on you. Just be earnest in pray and he will CONTINUE to be faithful. Not all is lost, on the contrary, God has allowed us to of find Him. This is great news in itself.
