Last week I went to San Diego for five days. I went for my sister's birthday. I also met aunts, uncles, in-laws, out-laws and everyone in between. It was an amazing time, and I'm awed by God's gift of four sisters and this extended family! Oh, and if you don't know the whole amazing story of how I met my sisters, go here and then here!

And please pray! Tonight is our big event--The Heart of Czech Silet Auction and Fundraiser...a silent auction, speaker, sponsorship request. Please pray that lots of people show up, buy lots of auction stuff, and are interested in sponsoring us. Also, pray that our message will inspire people! My friend, Kathi Macias, donated her time to come to speak at our event! She arrived last night and is staying at our pastor's cabin. She'll be here until Saturday. The cool thing is that we have over $14,000 of stuff donated from our community for this event.
