Needing Guidance

I don't usually ask for prayer from myself, but I really need it. I have gone through a lot in my life, including losing my father. I have always turn to God for advice and guidance. I never question what God told me I just did it. Now though I am about to leave for college and I am starting to doubt everything I have believe in my WHOLE life. God is wanting me to change everything about which means sacificing my social life completely and I know it might sound selfish, but I'm not ready to give that up I have the whole college experience to look forward to and God wants me to sacifice that. As I stated before to I have been following God my whole life and now I am begining to question who I am and what I want to be. I really need help with this so please pray for me and if anyone has any advice please message me on here or email me at mandy_kay01@yahoo.com. I thank you all for taking the time to read this and pray for me.

I need plenty more belief, plenty more power of prayer and more Holy Ghost with me. Please pray also that God gives me gifts of God's grace.

hey mandy, so sorry to hear about your father. it is a wonderful thing that you do turn to God for help. i recently just moved away for college also and am finding it harder than ever to follow gods plan for me. this may not be advice but it is def. nice to know that other people are feeling the same way and i will def pray for you if you could also pray for me - would be very appreciated. jenna

God is with you, no matter what. When it gets tough, just say a prayer. I like to say this particular prayer many times daily, '' Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, Have mercy on me, a Sinner ''.
and know that God will get you through anything. I have been through some rough times too, so I know it isn't easy, but we all have our up's and down's, and the bad times make the good times even better.
