I'm diggin' Jordin Sparks CD this week. For those who don't know, she had a history of Christian music before winning Idol, touring with Michael W. Smith and competing in GMA stuff. Her CD is being promoted for secular and Christian markets. She has a song called "God Loves Ugly", which is a beautiful song about God thinking we are beautiful, even if we don't feel that way about ourselves. If you dig Stacie Orrico type grooves, you should dig this.

The big news is about Chris Sligh, who made the top 10 last year. He has signed on to do a Christian CD, and if you want to hear some AWESOME songs that are coming, go to his site at www.myspace.com/chrissligh I usually don't go on myspace, but to hear this song called "Empty Me", it's well worth it.
