THE ELIGIBILITY PART
Employees of Salem Communications, Salem Publishing, including those contracted by Salem, and any other persons or entities directly associated with this Drawing and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons are ineligible to enter the Drawing or win the prize.
THE DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION PART
One (1) winner will be selected each day between May 23, 2007 and August 30, 2007, from all eligible entries received for the Drawing. Winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during ten (10) business days from the date of the Drawing, or is found to be ineligible, or if that person cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner(s) will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
THE GENERAL CONDITIONS PART
This Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state/province, and local laws and regulations. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the myCCM, CCM Magazine, and its agencies to use winner's name, location (city, state/province, and country), statements, biographical information, voice, photo and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation online, unless prohibited by law.
Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Drawing will be disqualified for the prize and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Internet portion of the Drawing is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, CCMmagazine.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reschedule the Drawing for a later date. Void where prohibited by law.
THE JUDGING PART
This Drawing is subject to these Official Rules posted at the Drawing Website during the Drawing Period. By entering the Drawing, entrants waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules or the Drawing itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering the Drawing, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.

Entrants agree that Drawing Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize, participation in this Drawing, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, software, or any combination thereof, or any illegible, damaged, lost, late (including delayed transmissions), mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, or entries otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and such entries will be disqualified. Entrants also agree that the Drawing Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from any part of this Drawing.
