Grace And Truth Was Born

"For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came
through Jesus Christ." - John 1:17 (ESV)
I know that may seem a weird verse to mention on Christmas Eve but I
think it encapsulates everything about Jesus at this time. His birth
brought to us grace and truth so that we no longer had to live under
the mantle of the law given to Moses. A law that to which we could
NEVER measure up. It was a law that pointed us to Jesus because He was
the only one who could fulfill all the law.
So today, tomorrow and for the rest of your life focus on the fact that
on the day our Savior was born grace and truth came to us. Embrace it.
