What subscriber number? It was on the plastic overwrap I threw out!

Page 21 of the March 2008 issue of the print edition of CCM directs subscribers to go to ccmmagazine.com/offer and enter their name, address, and subscriber number, "which is on the mailing label on the front cover of this magazine," to redeem the unexpired portion of their print subscriptions. The big problem is, there is NO mailing label on the front cover of the March issue, because it was plastic-bagged together with a "College-Bound" supplement. (Of course, we threw out the plastic bag before reading p. 21.) How is my daughter supposed to get her subscriber number without having that mailing label? Her subscription only started with the February issue (it was supposed to be a Christmas present, but it ended up being a birthday present instead), and I would hate to have wasted 3/4 of the subscription price because I couldn't find the silly subscriber number.
