Trying To Find Jennifer Lyons of foreverafter

I'm trying to find Jennifer Lyons who with her husband Jamie were the leaders of a band called foreverafter. They put out an album in 1999 and then seem to have fallen off the face of the earth.

I've done Google searches and can't seem to find her. Does anyone know if they're still in ministry? If so, how can they be contacted?
