HMMMM ~ I am so not sure ~ so why take a chance?? I wouldn't ~ Instead I would seek the Lord and he would show me His ways are better than mine like he always does :):)

you could ask - if someone kills themselves, was the spirit of God ever in them? I think God's Spirit would lead someone considering suicide to have the humility to ask for help. but just theoretically, yes i think a Christian can make mistakes/sin and still be a Christian, so suicide would be a horrible sin, but Jesus' resurrection allowed us to be forgiven for every sin - nothing can separate us - check out romans 8.

I agree with ccmchick. once we become christians, we are for life. it will be a sin that will have to be answered for in heaven, but you will still be saved. frankly i would not want to tell my creator that i destroyed his temple and did not think his plan was good enough to take matters into my own hands. besides suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem...the bible says "this to shall pass"

i agree with ccm chick also. god's spirt will never leave us if we accept jesus but, that depends on if you truly accepted him or if you just got some fire insurance. and suicide is bad yes, but it's not unforgivable like the catholics think.
