Well, how do you define 'good?' Do you define it by keeping your faith intact, or do you define it by being a well-behaved little boy? This can be argued about, and fought about for ages and you'll never find a real answer. Only opinions. I'll give mine, however.
What I think is a good Christian is, is when you keep your faith ALL the time. Not just at church and your Christian camps, but all the time. I've had a problem with this before.
I was oh, so into God, and I worshiped, and sang at the top of my lungs at Camp Crossroads, but then when I went back home, and school came around, I wasn't the same. I would swear a little, because everyone else swore so much that I didn't even realize I was. I learned though, that I had to stop, 'cause swearing ain't right.
I also know now to keep my mind on God. Girls, and money, and all other sin may get to you, but if you want to be a good Christian, you have to keep your mind on God to keep away from that sin.
So. here I go, making a list. If you want to be a "Good Christian," then, in my opinion, you SHOULD:
1. Keep away from sin (Temtation girl wise, money/greed, just plain doing bad things).
2. Keep your mind on God, don't just think about him at church.
3. Remind your friends, family, and others that you are Christian. You don't have to buy a megaphone and shout it out, but tell others about your faith, and try to help other to become faithful to God, because they need it.
4. Try to all around be a good person (Not swearing, doing nice things for people such as bringing in groceries for your neighbours, being polite, etc.).
This is all coming from my point of view. You may think a completely differently than me, and think I'm saying a load of bull crap (which I just spent ten minutes typing out this long answer), and not want to listen to it at all. It's your choice. If you like my opinion, go ahead and use it, fine with me. I respect any decision you wish to make, or anything you may think. Just answering your question.

P.S. - This is all coming from a thirteen year old. :D

A good Christian is someone who reads their Bible and prays to God and knows that being a Christian is having a relationship with God. That is what I think a good Christian is :)

A Good Christian who walks the walk and talks the talk. He is one that is in love with God and has a relationship with him. Thankfully, God understands that we will not always be faithful, so that is why he loves us all the same. Just do the best that you can.

Love God with all your soul, all your mind, and all your heart and stay humble.
