Is Chevelle a Christian hard rock band?

I've been wondering if they are? Some of their lyrics seem to talk to me spiritually when I researched them on atozlyrics.com but some other songs I'm not too sure about and so far there is no place I have seen on-line that proves or disproves whether they are or not.

I made promise to God that all my music dollars would only go to support Christian bands. Even though I can listen to a lot of bands streaming for free through my Napster subsciption and can download to my MP3 player for free also, I have chosen to buy band's that I like CD's in order to offer my financial support. So I want to know is a band like Chevelle able for that support or not?

I am not sure if Chevelle is a Christian hard rock band but they could be. I suggest checking out their myspace.com page or their offical website as it should tell you about the band and if they are Christians or like to songs about God or positive songs. Do that when ever you can and you can figure it out that way. I can't give you a answer since I don't know if they would be a Christian band or not.

of what i know christians um would i say there music is christian not totally but it is a sure safe cd to buy i wouldn't be worried if they were going to swear or talk about sexual situations or anything like that.
overall a safe situation i would think

I don't know if they consider themselves christians but I saw the last night and they swore more than any band I have ever seen.
