How do you know God is directing you

I am always confused to wether what I am doing is actually what God realy wants me to do.How can I tell if what I am doing(e.g career path) is actually what God really wants me to do???('-')

hey anonymous, i know exactly how you feel. ive been there, especially about careers. the only thing i found that has helped me was just praying and asking God to just let me know in his own time. if you trust him He'll find little ways to let you know, so just keep watching for his answers. youll find his answers when he decides its time for you to.

I read something really good in a book...
His word and His will for you will agree.If you are delighting in the Lord, you'll be reading his word. And if your reading His word, He will reveal His will to you.
