I am wondering if anyone has heard anything about a band called The Way. They were out in the 70's. They were the first christian band I ever listened to.
Thanks

This question mainly goes out to those who have seen Switchfoot live or in concert. Do they speak about God at all? Jus curious. I just recently went to a Casting Crowns concert and I loved how they incorporated sort of a service in a way lol. It was really cool. Just wondering if Switchfoot talks about the Lord.
P.S. It would be awesome if you guys gave me some other bands that do this live =]

Unless I'm misunderstanding what the Bible says, not every believer will speak in tongues and there are different kinds of tongues (prayer, praise, prophesy). Also it is to be done with order and the person speaking in tongues doesn't give the interpretation.
Am I not getting it??? If I'm not then do you know a good website where I can learn more about it?

Why do people listen to music? How many different kinds of music do people listen to? Why do some of us listen to hard rock or rap one day and the next listen to worship or soft rock? Please answer; questions for school.

I have been looking for a Christian song from the 90's. The only part I remember is a just a little bit of the chorus. It said "I'm sorry I pushed you down, I did not know what I was doing"

I am in need of ideas to start conversations...mainly with this friend of mine who is a guy....I need questions to ask that would promote learning about each other...
Also I have a prayer box and was wondering if that's a good or lazy way to pray for friends...because it would take a long time to pray for all of them so I pray daily then add reqests to the box throughout the week...
And here is a personal question "Do you work well with or with out the radio?"
"What is your favorite breakfast food"
And have you ever wanted to be on a schedule but found it extremely hard to do so becuase of obstacles?
Would you say that laziness is common in highschools?

ok I understand the rules not to promote places or sites but I just have a question and I hope it can be answered. I really like this forum. I tottally respect the rules and ccm. I just wanted a safe place to ask has anyone heard of 'Godspace" like myspace but I thought there was one safer venue in the same format as myspace.

I've been reading around and I've heard a couple of times that Three Days Grace was originally a Christian rock band. Does anyone know if this is true? . . . I'm sorry I know this topic is really old.
