I am, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus Christ. I am married and have three children still here with me, one already in heaven.
I am the editor of an e-newsletter for Christian parents of teenagers, called PARENtEEN (www.nnym.net/sites/parenteen). PARENtEEN was borne out of a decade of experiences as a youth leader and parent. I also write the teen column for a local parenting magazine, Coulee Parenting Connection (www.cpclax.com).
I am a novice songwriter and classically trained pianist (still adjusting to the keyboard).
A lot of my free time is spent discipling young women. I am a volunteer in my church youth ministry, where I lead a small group of girls and occasionally teach.
