Hey I'm Stephanie, and if there are two things that my profile makes obvious, they are probably the facts that I am a strong Christian and a huge Newsboys fan! I love to do all sorts of things, such as dance like a dork to my favorite songs, act, sing, write songs and parodies (for fun), hang out with my youth group, read, write, and make up zillions of inside jokes with my best friend.

My testimony is very long and complicated, but I will say this. God sent a certain person into my life 2 years ago, he and I became friends, but I liked him as more than that. I had just converted to the Methodist faith, as Catholicism was not working out for me, and I was afraid to really get involved at my new church. He told me just how wonderful his was and how great it is when you really get to know Jesus and have friends who feel the same way. He then told me that other people would be happy to have me as a friend when I became scared to go, so I went. I ended up going to youth group and youth choir every Sunday and even though it took a few weeks, I made many new friends and more importantly, I received Christ and felt closer to God than I ever had before. Sadly, this friend who had encouraged me to go gradually drifted away from God and started drinking, doing drugs, and skipping church, as much as I tried to stop him. However I am still thankful for God bringing him into my life to steer me in the right direction that year and a half ago.
