Ashley Woodard is a full time worship leader, musician and worship leadership coach. She is a songwriter inspired by the greatest love of all, the love of Christ. Ashley began leading worship at women's ministry events, moving into a worship leadership role at Reynolda Church. She has led worship in coffee houses, conference centers, and variety of other diverse settings including ministry outreach in the community she calls home. Ashleys heart yearned for something more and the yearning became a passion that led her to resign from a full-time position at SPCC to begin Soaring Ministries. Ashley's passion is leading worship and mentoring those who are reaching for higher heights in worship, drawing others into the presence of the Lord. Ashley is continually seeking the face of God, drawing near to Him, discovering His good and perfect will for this growing ministry. Staying true to her heart with acoustic praise roots, Ashley desires to draw individuals and the body of Christ into the throne-room of God, worshipping together in Spirit and Truth.

Growing up in Salisbury, NC, Ashley spent many hours at the church her father pastored, singing, playing and socializing. Ashley's dream to sing in church became a reality in 7th grade when she joined the choir. Of all the places Ashley has sand, her most memorable moment is singing a solo in the famed Notre Dame Cathedral in Europe. Ashley is a worship leader at Reynolda Presbyterian Church. Ashley plays a variety of musical instruments such as keyboard, guitar, and congas, and has a strong background in education and ministry training. Whether composing music, writing lyrics or leading worship, Ashley's greatest passion is drawing people into the presence of the Lord through worship and prayer.
