I have always gone to church. My immediate family as well as my relatives. I was always best friends with the pastor's kids. So I pretty much grew up in the church. However, I got to this point in my life (around the age of 14 to the age of 17) where I didn't want to have anything to do with God. I was hanging out with the wrong people which brought me to this place in my life. I wasn't drinking, doing drugs or having sex, I just drifted away from everything that I knew my entire life. When I was 18, I saw Seventh Day Slumber in concert I re-gave my life to God. I'm so thankful to Joseph of SDS that he took the time out of his concert to pray with the crowd that I was a part of. I still struggled, and still do to be honest, but everyday since that it is so much easier. I now listen to and play christian music whenever possible and I am also working on a cd. I thank God for all that he has done in my life.
