In early 2006, after much prayer, and believing that God had placed the idea in his mind, Dave told his dream of a band that would share the Love and Grace of Christ by their music, to Kevin. About three weeks later Kevin invited three more musicians, Sean, Tony & Darren. Then one month later Kevin invited a bass guitar player, Marty to join them. Dave had already invited a most vital part to this group in their soundman, Glenn.
EXIT417 has played in many churches and other events since then, such as Youth groups and camps, patriotic programs, singles groups, football rallies and school chapels in the Henry & Clayton Counties. This past March, EXIT417 went on a missions trip to Russia, to minister to many schools and orphanages there. God has truly blessed their time, as they seek to honor Him, in touching hearts by music, to draw his people near to the heart of God.
