I come from several generations of police officers and was employed with the FBI. I draw on this background and experience to add realism to my work.

I write mystery, suspense and crime fiction from a Christian worldview, and am a big fan of Hammett, Chandler, Robert B. Parker, Mario Puzo, Dean Koontz and Tom Clancy. I also enjoy the work of Chris Well, Mark Mynheir, Eric Wilson, Brandilyn Collins and James Scott Bell.

I am the author of the Colton Parker series (hardboiled PI) and will have a stand-alone (White Soul) released next year. The latest in the Colton Parker series are The Root of All Evil and The Lost Sheep.

My wife and I reside in southern Indiana with our two sons, where I am an elder in my church and practice as a board-certified Podiatrist.
