I graduated with my BS in Exercise Science/Wellness Leadership from USF and am now Certified by ACSM, IFPA and YMCA. In 1999, Bodyjones Health & Fitness Services opened for business.

I found I took a leap of faith in the creation of my "Wellness Ministry". I am a "Souled Out" believer in Christ and my faith is my life. What better way to enjoy your work then to give it up to God and make two passions in your life one. On that note, Body Jones Wellness Ministries was formed. www.bjwm.org A key reason why this leap of faith happened was in 2001, I lost my mom to Diabetes complication. I was growing in knowledge on how to prevent or help those with this disease; though for her it was too late to make a change. The disease was winning the fight inside her long before you could tell. So, I decided to start my ministry to help others before it’s too late.

Our mission is to help empower God's children with the knowledge and tools to live a healthy life that will serve and glorify God. We travel around the United States to churches and schools to give seminars and exercises demonstrations. Plus we just added a Hip Hop Class to Christian music ”Get Krunk 4 Jesus”. I think we should all use our gifts and knowledge to help others and to just give back to our community.
